Telephone number and Credit Card info or deposit required to hold your booking. Details (dates, units, number of people, rates, taxes, check-in and check-out times) will be e-mailed if you require written confirmation.
No charge if two weeks notice given or if we rebook the unit. Minimum $50.00 charge if less than two weeks notice given and we cannot rebook. Minimum one night charged if no notice given. At our discretion a cancellation fee may be applied against a future booking
No smoking allowed in any unit (outside is OK). $75.00 in damages will be charged to your credit card if you have smoked or allowed smoking in your unit.
